You are purchasing in a website administered by a prestigious company, Luxury Furniture by Tesalia, including all guarantees legally applicable to online commerce, based on natiaonal and international laws, both in terms of Quality and Payment Security for online transactions.

SECOND: purchase conditions

* Standard products within LUXURY FURNITURE CATALOG and ONLINE SHOP (excluding customized or made-to-measure products)

_ International Market (except Spanish market):
30% payment in advance, as a warranty.
70% (rest of the payment), through pro-form bill. Once the product is finished and received in our store and it is ready to be delivered to the customer.

_ Spanish Market:
30% payment in advance, as a warranty.
70% (rest of the payment), through pro-form bill. Once the product is finished and received in our store and it is ready to be delivered to the customer.
Cash on delivery is also welcome, within the delivery. To be dealt with the lcient, in this case.

* Non Standard Products, CUSTOMIZED OR MADE-TO-MEASURE:
_ For all customized and/or made-to-measure products (or incuding finishes, laquering provided by the customer), the order must be guaranteed with a 50% payment in advance, as an acceptance compromise.
_ The other 50% from the Total Amount will be billed through pro-form bill or cash on delivery.

In any case, payments will be made only in convertable currencies.

FOURTH: Taxes

_ International Market (except Spanish market): taxes and other import taxes that might apply in the different countries are not included.
_ Spanish Market: VAT not included for purchases to be delivered to any territory within Spain. VAT will be applied in the corresponding bill.

FIFTH: Delivery dates

All delivery dates shown in any order are estimated. In any case, if for a certain reason, a specific date has to be agreed and guaranteed, possibilities can be discussed.

_ International Market (except Spanish market):
It is mandatory for the Company to display in the order sheet the estimated delivery date for any order (taking into account the provider's estimated delivery date and the subsequent final delivery). Applicable to Standard and Special products.

_ Spanish Market:
It is mandatory for the Company to display in the order sheet the estimated delivery date for any order (taking into account the provider's estimated delivery date and the subsequent final delivery). Applicable to Standard and Special products.

In the event of a request from the customer to postpone the delivery date, the Company might charge (after 7 working days) a charge for the storage till the final delivery.

SIXTH: Transportation and Assembly.

Transport and assembly fees are not included, neither for the Spanish nor the International Markets (except for deliveries within the Region of Madrid, when the transport is included).

The Packaging of the products is included, whenever it comes from the manufacturer. In the event of special deliveries, for security or transportation specific reasons, a different packaging might be necessary and it will be charged to the customer.

_ International Market (except Spanish market):
Transport and assembly fees will be paid by the customer, based on the bill provided by the Company.

_ Spanish Market:
Transport and assembly fees will be paid by the customer (except for the Region of Madrid, when the transport is included), with the follwing criteria:
* For orders below 600,00 €: 55 € transport fee (except for lamps, please, ask for this information)
* For orders above 601,00 €: no transport fee. Assembly fee to be defined (when necessary)
* For deliveries to Spanish Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, to be defined. Information will be provided to the customer

For all the abovementioned cases (even for free of charge deliveries), in case of redeliveries due to reasons not under the responsibility of the Company or the transportation company, a fee will be charged (double of the transport cost).

Important! In order to avoid redeliveries or issues with the deliveries, the customer has to let us know in advance, when placing the order, the possible existance of barriers or difficulties that could lead to an unsuccessful delivery due to those reasons.

The Company declines any responsibility in the delivery and the subsequent costs, if not aware of those possible issues.

SEVENTH: documentation and billing

All the contractual relationships, from the order is placed till the billing process, is handled usually by email.
Should the customer wish a different method, within the legal frames, the Company will be informed.
All orders will be documented through formal bill, including customer's details (whether person or company). This is mandatory.

EIGHTH: After sales - Warranty - Return

After sales: the Company offers an After sales department, aiming at dealing with any claim well documented with the corresponding pictures due to defects not under customer's responsibility, within the first 48 hours after the delivery, or any other claim.

Warranty: the Company adheres to the legal warranty system without any caveat. This applies both nationally (Spanish legislation) and also internationally (Security and Online Transaction Warranties).

Nevertheless, the Company provides with an additional 5 year warranty on all the products, guaranteeing the quality and suitability of every material and finish proposedm as long as they receive the appropriate and right use for which the product was intended.

Return: the customer has 7 days maximum, starting from the delivery date, to return a standard product which does not fulfill the correct finishes conditions (i.e., different to the ones displayed in our website, www.luxuryfurniture-store.com and/or in the description of the order once formalized) and does not meet the general quality and materials (if different to those indicated in the product characteristics) In this scenario, the customer would only pay for the transport costs.

Important! This warranty does not apply to customized, handmade or made-to-measure products. Neither to those personalized products using tapestry and/or materials which were not originally presented by the Company.

NINTH: Jurisdiction - Arbitrage

The natural jurisdiction to resolve any difference, conflict or claim from any of the parties will be Courts in Madrid (Spain).
The Company will agree, in any case and without resigning from its Jurisdiction, to resolve any legal issue, preferably by an Oficial Mediation and Arbitrage Organization.
