You are purchasing in a website administered by a prestigious company, Luxury Furniture by Tesalia, including all guarantees legally applicable to online commerce, based on national and international laws, both in terms of Quality and Payment Security for online transactions.

1 - Prices:

All prices displayed are net. VAT is not included. Import taxes and/or other taxes applicable in different countries are not included, neither.
Prices correspond only to the products and finishes displayed in the pictures.

2 - How to ask for an estimate:

Please, let us know, clearly, the reference of hte product/s of interest including a brief description of it/them, for the best efficiency and security in our response.

If you want to complete the purchase with the best possible estimation and options, please, ask for a personal visit to do measurements and design the best distribution for the space/s available. With no compromise.

This way, we will make the most accurate estimate. Under certain conditions, this study and distribution plans might be free of charge.

4 - Purchase Conditions:

For every order, the Purchase Conditions include a payment in advance, as a purchase guarantee from the client.
The rest from the total amount will be billed, unless a different agreement is reached, when receiving the product finished in our store, ready to be delivered to the customer.

5 - Secure Payment Methods:

Credit Card, Pay Pal, Bank Transfer, Caixabank Payment Gateway (only within the Spanish market), Cash on Delivery, other methods including payment facilites or Cash (up to the legal limit within the Spanish Laws).

6 - VAT and Taxes:

All prices displayed are net. VAT is not included. Import taxes and/or other taxes applicable in different countries are not included, neither.
The Company will manage the necessary licences and documentation for the correct and legal importation of our products for any delivery out of Spain.

7 - Delivery Dates:

All delivery dates shown in any order are estimated. In any case, if for a certain reason, a specific date has to be agreed and guaranteed, possibilities can be discussed.

_ International Market (except Spanish market):
It is mandatory for the Company to display in the order sheet the estimated delivery date for any order (taking into account the provider's estimated delivery date and the subsequent final delivery). Applicable to Standard and Special products.

_ Spanish Market:
It is mandatory for the Company to display in the order sheet the estimated delivery date for any order (taking into account the provider's estimated delivery date and the subsequent final delivery). Applicable to Standard and Special products.
In the event of a request from the customer to postpone the delivery date, the Company might charge (after 7 working days) a charge for the storage till the final delivery

8 - Transport and Assembly:

Transport and assembly fees are not included, neither for the Spanish nor the International Markets (except for deliveries within the Region of Madrid, when the transport is included).

The Packaging of the products is included, whenever it comes from the manufacturer. In the event of special deliveries, for security or transportation specific reasons, a different packaging might be necessary and it will be charged to the customer.
For all the abovementioned cases (even for free of charge deliveries), in case of redeliveries due to reasons not under the responsibility of the Company or the transportation company, a fee will be charged (double of the transport cost).
In order to avoid redeliveries or issues with the deliveries, the customer has to let us know in advance, when placing the order.

9 - After sales - Warranty - Return:

The Company offers an After sales department, aiming at dealing with any claim well documented with the corresponding pictures due to defects not under customer's responsibility, within the first 48 hours after the delivery, or any other claim.

The Company adheres to the legal warranty system without any caveat. This applies both nationally (Spanish legislation) and also internationally (Security and Online Transaction Warranties.)

Nevertheless, the Company provides with an additional 5 year warranty on all the products, guaranteeing the quality and suitability of every material and finish proposedm as long as they receive the appropriate and right use for which the product was intended.

The customer has 7 days maximum, starting from the delivery date, to return a standard product which does not fulfill the correct finishes conditions (i.e., different to the ones displayed in our website, www.luxuryfurniture-store.com and/or in the description of the order once formalized) and and does not meet the general quality and materials (if different to those indicated in the product characteristics).

This warranty does not apply to customized, handmade or made-to-measure products. Neither to those personalized products using tapestry and/or materials which were not originally presented by the Company.

10 - Furniture finishes:

All prices displayed in every product displayed in LUXURY FURNITURE CATALOG and ON LINE SHOP are referred to the finishes and tapestry shown in the corresponding picture. Should the client choose a different finish, or different tapestry, the price may vary.

Upon request, the Company will provide, personally or via mail delivery, smaples of the finishes and official tapestry for each product, which will be returned at the soonest to the Company

11 - Consultancy and Architecture, Gardening and Interior Design Project Management:

The Company offers interior designers, architects and garden designers to its clients for the achievement of Architecture, Gardening and Interior Design Projects, for a more complete integration and aesthetic efficacy in order to facilitate the decision making process to the client, with our refined aesthetic and professional criteria, adequate to the style and personality of the client.

Under certain conditions, mainly the importance of the Porject, or proximity, among others, to be dealt with the client, these studies and projects might be free of charge (costs related to taxes and association of architects or other associations that might be involved in the legal aspects of the Project will be charged, in any case).

12 - Jurisdiction - Arbitrage:

The natural jurisdiction to resolve any difference, conflict or claim from any of the parties will be Courts in Madrid (Spain).
The Company will agree, in any case and without resigning from its Jurisdiction, to resolve any legal issue, preferably by an Oficial Mediation and Arbitrage Organization.
